ILLINOIS CABERY P.O., 60919 September 22, 1975 Mr. Richard G. Raysa Attorney at Law 1011 Lake St., Suite 332 Oak Park, Illinois 60301 Re: Kieninger
vs. Kieninger Dear Mr. Raysa: Attached is an affidavit which contains information
in response to your request of September 2, 1975, on the case referred to
above. Since receipt of your letter, I have read the transcript of the last
court hearing on the case in which the judge referred several times to the
possibility of issuing a subpoena for The Stelle Group books and records.
Because of the transcript, I have agreed to provide you with the affidavit
you requested. I trust it will avoid the necessity of the court issuing a subpoena.
I personally regret that The Stelle Group is being drawn into the case in any
manner. Sincerely, Malcolm R. Carnahan President MRC/jw Encl. cc: STELLE,

the responsibility for Admissions and other duties such as conducting the

she lives and the residence serves as a parsonage or manse for The Stelle
Group, the above salary, which equals $585 per month, included $150 per month
housing allowance and $53 a month toward utilities.) A copy of the Employee
