September 10, 1975 Mr. James E. Howery Stelle, Illinois Cabery P.O., 60919 Dear Mr. Howery: On April 1, 1974, I named
you president of Stelle Industries, Inc., and I also stated my preference to
the members and the then trustees that you occupy the office of president of
The Stelle Group. In your private meetings with me during the week following
my departure I delegated to you sufficient authority to act for me in my
absence, we established that you were accountable for your actions and
decisions to me, and I offered to be in regular contact with you in order to
offer my advice and feedback. Inasmuch as you have
resigned from the offices and responsibilities of director and president of
Stelle Industries, Inc., and you have also resigned as trustee and president
of The Stelle Group, I herewith formally relieve you of all the authority I
delegated to you to serve or act for me as an agent of the Brotherhoods, You
are therefore removed from any chain of authority and responsibility I had
assigned to you or that you may have assumed by self-proclamation. Further, I
enjoin you henceforth from making any claims of your having delegated
authority from me or through my offices, and I request that you cease from
making official statements relative to The Stelle Group and the Brotherhoods’
Great Plan in pretense of having information other than what you have
received through me either directly or indirectly. Yours sincerely, Richard G. Kieninger cc M. Carnahan |
