The Stelle Group STELLE, ILLINOIS 60919 May 13, 1975 Mr. Walter Cox Stelle, Illinois Dear Walter: Pursuant to our conversation this date, I referred this matter to the Board of Trustees who have set aside a time during the regular trustees meeting at which time the proposed amendment may be presented in accordance with Article II, Section 6 of the By-laws of The Stelle Group. It is the decision of the Board of Trustees that the corporation will not supply the names and addresses which you requested because the procedure implied in the By-laws has not as yet been complied with. The Trustees, as those individuals charged by Illinois law with the management of the affairs and business of The Stelle Group, have a duty to hear all such proposals and to consider their merits. The time set aside commences at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, May 18, 1975 and the hearing shall be in the Stelle School projection room if requested. Those members proposing the amendment are welcome to attend. If the proposers of the amendment intend to legally proceed under the terms of the By-laws and request this hearing, please state this intention in writing delivered to David Cysewski in The Stelle Group office during regular business hours no later than 5:00 P.M., Friday afternoon, May 16, 1975.
