DALLAS, TEXAS 75218 Dear Friend, I am pleased to announce
that in exchange for my dropping my libel suit against The Stelle Group,
its trustees have dropped their two-year-old lawsuit against persons on the Stelle
Members Committee for Truth and me, which has been barring us from
communicating with people via the mailing list held by The Stelle Group.
As part of the compromise, I am using the mailing list once to make this
announcement, and I have agreed to never use the mailing list hereafter. Our out-of-court settlement
of the lawsuits is not to be construed as a philosophical or political
reconciliation between the trustees and me. The Stelle Group is no
longer based on THE ULTIMATE FRONTIER or on any association with me; so The
Stelle Group and I function independently of each other. Presently, I
operate through The Adelphi Organization, which is building a
community in Texas for the first phase of the Philadelphia project, and I
also operate through Builders of the Nation lodge, which is for people
who are unable to move to Texas. I am currently negotiating with a foreign
government to obtain the Pacific island that is to play a key part in the
Philadelphia project. Last July I chartered a private aircraft to visit it
for the first time since Dr. White described it to me 44 years ago. Because of my settlement
with the trustees of TSG, I won’t be able to send you any future
communications or news unless you write to me requesting to be put on my own

disturbance or confusion you may have experienced because of the schism
between the trustees of TSG and me. I wish the trustees well in their
chosen path, and they and I will continue separately to serve in our
respective ways those people who are disposed toward one or both of our
