MESSAGE TO THE MEMBERSHIP April 3, 1974 To: Members and Participants of The Stelle
Group From: The Board of Trustees Richard Kieninger has
announced that he will be working on other projects for The Stelle Group
which will require his absence for an indefinite period of time. In view of
this, he has made the following changes in the offices of The Stelle Group
and Stelle Industries, Inc.: 1. Richard
Kieninger has stepped down as President of The Stelle Group and the Board of
Trustees. He continues, of course, as a member of The Stelle Group. 2. He
has designated James Howery as the new President of The Stelle Group. 3. Gail
Kieninger is to continue to function as the Admissions Committee. 4. All
other functions, offices and activities are to continue as presently
constituted subject, of course, to changes deemed appropriate by the Board of
Trustees. 5. In
Stelle Industries, Richard will function as Chairman of the Board. 6. Richard
will continue to make the annual appointments of Directors of Stelle
Industries, Inc. The Board of Trustees
recognizes the considerable challenge involved in this new situation. We are
certain that all who have come here in service to the Brotherhoods and Their
