Richard G. Kieninger 241 S. Cannon Kankakee, Ill. 60901 April
28, 1975 Mr.
Richard Raysa 1011
Lake St. Rm. 332 Oak
Park, IL 60301 Dear
Mr. Raysa: Enclosed
is a copy of my letter to Stelle Industries, Inc. relating to my being
deprived of exercising my right to vote the shares of stock held by me as
Voting Trustee. I
wish to file for an immediate court ruling on the validity of the transfer of
the Voting Trustee to my wife. If
I win in court I would like to ask the court to direct as follows: 1.) that another stockholders meeting be called for the
purpose of holding a new election of directors and other business as may come
before the shareholders 2.) that the stock certificates be corrected or reissued
to me as Voting Trustee if they have been changed, and that the shares
physically be turned over to me again to have and hold along with the
original Trust Agreement documents. 3.) that all actions taken by the new directors and the
officers they have elected be nullified and made as before the date that the
new Voting Trustee was named (except that the new directors yet to be elected
may approve individual actions upon reviewing them) 4.) and that the attorney’s fees and court costs be
borne by the persons individually who may have conspired to deprive me of
exercising my responsibilities to the Beneficiaries as Voting Trustee. Yours
most respectfully, Richard
Kieninger |
