April 12, 1975 Mr. Richard Kieninger Stelle, Illinois Dear Richard: Due to your total disregard
of your duty to uphold the high principles of The Stelle Group as stated in THE
ULTIMATE FRONTIER, a duty incumbent upon all members as stated in Article II,
Section 2, of the By-Laws, you are hereby expelled from membership in The
Stelle Group, effective at 12 o’clock noon, Sunday April 13. Under Article II, Section
5, of the By-Laws of The Stelle Group, you are entitled to a hearing before
the Board of Trustees, which hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 14, at
the Stelle Industries, Inc. Board Room, at 8:00 p.m. You are likewise entitled
to a review of your case before an independent panel of your peers, which
proceeding, should you elect to exercise your right, will be held Saturday,
April 19, 1975, at 10:00 a.m. in the Stelle Industries, Inc. Board Room. Such
election on your part must be communicated to James E. Howery, President of
the Board of Trustees of The Stelle Group, on or before Wednesday, April 16,
