December 20, 1986 Dear Friend: I
am writing to lot you know that The Stelle Group’s lawyer has notified
Richard Kieninger and the members of the Stelle Members’ Committee for Truth of
his intent to get a court injunction to prevent further use of the mailing
list to contact you or let you know what is happening here. The committee
members have been expelled from The Stelle Group and
additionally are barred from entering
the premise of The Stelle Group office for any reason at any time. In
light of The Stelle Group Trustees’ intention to “seek injunctive relief” and
to seek damages, we would appreciate it if you would fill out the enclosed
forms and return them to me at the Greenville address. In this
way we cat still communicate with you legally. It was the intention of the
Committee for Truth to encourage you to get all the information you could from The Stelle Group and from
Richard Kieninger and from us as you wanted. It was not our purpose to
dissuade you from continued support of The Stelle Group. We believe the
Trustees, who are using donated funds to hire lawyers to prevent the donors
from learning the truth and to silence Richard, will claim that the
committee’s actions constituted a premeditated attempt to
financially damage The Stelle Group. Your filling out the AFFIRMATION
form and returning it to me will help to protect us from those charges. Best wishes, |
