In my letter of October 1, 1986, I indicated that there may be a change in Richard’s relationship to The Stelle Group and that I would keep you advised, I now have something more definite to report.

In the next issue of The Stelle Group Letter (Volume 21, No. 8) we will be announcing that Richard has resigned from both The Stelle Group and The Adelphi Organization. I have enclosed an advance copy of the article, I have also enclosed copies of Richard’s letter of resignation. We do ask that you be sensitive to the “family nature” of this information.

Please take a moment to review the enclosed materials.

The newsletter article indicates that the Board of Trustees is evaluating the proper disposition of the Philadelphia Fund. because of new information provided by Richard. We are preparing a report to all donors of that fund and will be sending it out in the near future.

The process leading up to the resignation has been difficult. The membership, especially in the Dallas area, has been involved in discussions about this situation since late August of this year. Now that they are over, the desire of the overwhelming majority of members in both The Stelle Group and The Adelphi Organization is to continue to move forward with the work.

The Stelle Group has no plan to change its basic programs. We will be continuing with our expansion plans to “reach more and teach more.” We’ve increased our advertising, started a new LPS class in Boston, new home study programs, and are working on additional seminars to be held in Stelle, Dallas, and other cities across the US. As far as the organization is concerned, it’s full speed ahead.

If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call us at ???. Kathleen Ring or myself will be happy to talk with you. We will be keeping you posted on any further developments.

We look forward to your continued support.
