The Adelphi Organization P.O. BOX 181016 DALLAS, TEXAS 75218 DECLARATION We, the undersigned, being all the Directors of The Adelphi Organization, a Texas non-profit corporation, on July 17, 1988, did rescind Richard Kieninger’s October 6, 1986 resignation from The Adelphi Organization and all the terms thereof. We recognize that his resignation was forced on him through coercive trickery by the then Trustees of The Stelle Group, who caused the October 6, 1986 letter to Gary Goertzen, then acting as president of The Adelphi Organization, to be drawn up for Richard Kieninger’s signature. Neither this resignation nor its acceptance by Gary Goertzen was discussed and voted upon by the membership of The Adelphi Organization. Further, the members were given no opportunity to investigate and debate the matter; so they could not ratify or reject this action that had been imposed upon The Adelphi Organization by trustees of The Stelle Group, even though this action clearly was going to have deleterious effects on our organization.
