October 6, 1986 Mr. Malcolm Carnahan,
President, The Stelle Group 405 Mayfield Garland, Texas 75041 Dear Malcolm: This letter is to rescind one
of the letters I signed dated April 28, 1986 (copy attached for reference). Since this agreement was obtained through false premises relating
to an alleged threat of litigation and since you and the corporate secretary
stated to a meeting of the membership that you do not consider the April 28
letters binding and that I am free to make any decision I wish, it seems
