Reach More, Teach More Implicit in this opportunity for growth is a key attitude change. When The Stelle Group and Stelle were one and the community was closed, the only real avenue of participation was moving to Stelle and becoming a Resident Associate. It was an “all or nothing” proposition. Now The Stelle Group is reaching out. Our programs are geared to find more ways to bring the inspiration and practical value of the Philosophy of the Brotherhoods to people wherever they are. We are happy to report that, with the aid of the generosity of our supporters, this reaching out is working! And that is the major lesson of 1985: that if we “reach more, and teach more” the program of the Brotherhoods is furthered. The process of Egoic growth and involvement with The Stelle Group and the Brotherhoods’ program can be compared to climbing a ladder. At the base of the ladder is the “consumption” mentality with little interest in psychological and spiritual advancement. The first rung of the ladder is the decision to find answers to the questions of life. This is the start of a searching’’ process which leads some to The Ultimate Frontier. If an individual resonates with The Ultimate Frontier, then he may choose to continue climbing the ladder within the context of The Stelle Group’s programs. If not, the search continues. Each step on the ladder is designed to take an Ego closer to Initiation. The steps include the On Becoming an Initiate tape series, the Lemurian Philosophy Seminars, and the Affiliate and Resident Associate Programs.
