To assist in the building
of Stelle is perhaps the most exciting adventure ever offered, and the deep personal
satisfactions afforded by such an undertaking are great rewards in
themselves. But the building of one’s own Egoic
advancement is even more thrilling, for thereby you experience an
intensification of life that leads to unimaginable participation-in-depth
with all Existence. As you put into practice
the principles you learn from The Stelle Group, you
achieve understanding, creativity, and the means to personal control over
your environment. You have the practical opportunity to put information about

The Nonresident Associate Program is an important
step toward our goal of building the city of When it starts growing, its increase will be phenomenal
because the Brothers will pour thousands of persons into it as quickly as the
new members can be assimilated. The key word is “assimilated.” Webster defines
this, “to absorb into the cultural tradition of a population or group.” Our
immediate goal, then, is to set into motion those things required for
assimilating large numbers of people into Stelle. The Nonresident Associate
Program combines several existing programs into a single comprehensive and
coordinated program for the assimilation of participants into the community. |
The
Nonresident Associate Program is also designed to assist any individual who
is interested in the Brotherhoods’ philosophy to achieve the maximum possible
benefits from applying the philosophy on a daily basis in his or her personal
environment. The program was developed for persons who are interested in
eventually participating as Resident Associates of Stelle and also for those
individuals who, for one reason or another, are unable to consider physical
relocation to Stelle. For
those considering Resident Associateship at some
point, the Nonresident Associate Program may provide the additional
information they need to be sure they are prepared to make the commitment
required of Resident Associates. For those persons who do subsequently apply
and are accepted as Resident Associates, the Nonresident Associate Program
permits more effective utilization of this interim time by providing the
participant with additional information usually reserved for Resident
Associates, along with expanded opportunities for direct participation in
Stelle through a number of special programs. As a Nonresident Associate, you
will have an opportunity to study the educational/philosophical materials
provided, work on personal preparedness, support The Stelle Group as you
practice God’s Law of Tithes, and participate in several optional programs
such as Guest Week and Guest Weekend. |

Several of these components have been developed
or modified especially for the Nonresident Associate Program. (These are
indicated above with an asterisk.) Other components are offered at a
substantial discount to Nonresident Associates. For example, all The Stelle
Group’s publications are available at a 20% discount, and Nonresident
Associates are invited to participate in the Stelle Credit Union and to
attend Guest Week on a priority basis with a 10% price reduction.
I am finding a great measure of personal pleasure through my involvement in the Nonresident Associate Program. / am coming to understand the observation that it takes 20 years to find out who you are and another 20 years to become that person. This information has been extracted by category and put into a format for easy learning. In The Ultimate Frontier Study Guide, the answers to the questions are listed on the adjacent pages, informing you right away of the correct answers. |
Participation in the Nonresident Associate Program will provide me with the needed time and information to make a smooth transition to becoming a Stelle Member.
ON BECOMING AN INITIATE TAPE SERIES___ This is a series of twelve tape cassettes by
Richard Kieninger, who discusses the ways and means to Egoic growth and
Brotherhood. The topics covered are: The Brotherhoods, The Law of Karma,
Balance, Physical Health, Emotional Maturity, The Ten Qualities of Mind, The
Twelve Great Virtues, Mental Precipitation, Cosmic Consciousness, Prosperity,
and Controlling Your Environment. Each tape is supplemented with written
material, and the addition of a study guide for each tape was designed
especially for the Nonresident Associate Program.
My husband is a very
good man and does not interfere with my pursuit of the philosophy or with
tithing, but he’s not interested . . . My personal goals in life seem to be
in line with those professed by Stelle, and it is refreshing to have other
people to talk to and identify with who are of like mind. |

STELLE FORUM_______________________ On the first Sunday of each month, The Stelle
Group sponsors a public meeting with Richard Kieninger, author and biographee
of The Ultimate Frontier. The
format is a question-and-answer discussion, allowing the audience to ask
Richard about the Brotherhoods’ philosophy and the Stelle community. Stelle Forum is a series of live
recordings of these monthly meetings. The Stelle
Forum discussions include a vast and varied array of topics, and the
tapes will enable you to feel like a part of the audience, as you will hear
the questions being asked and, of course, Richard’s answers. |
I received Part III
and Part IV of The Ultimate Frontier Study Guide. Congratulations on a fine
piece of work. Writing out the answers in your own words is a great way of
finding out just what you don’t know about the Brotherhoods’ philosophy. It
is a most rewarding task to work with The

TESTING THE LAW OF TITHES___________ When you give a “tenth-part” of your income to
furthering God’s work, you are not only striving for financial karmic
balance, but are putting the law of increase into effect as well. We want you
to be prosperous. We want Stelle to prosper and grow. Testing the Law of
Tithes through the support of The Stelle Group will do both.
I wanted to become a
Nonresident Associate to lessen my feeling of isolation “out here.” To be
more closely associated with the people and work of Stelle means much to me.
To have even a small part in establishing the
GUEST WEEK _________________________ During Guest Week you can actually see and feel
the pulse of the lifestyle we have created and continue to improve in Stelle.
You live with us in our homes, dine with us, work with us, learn with us, and
laugh with us. You observe how we govern ourselves, create occupations,
educate our children, educate ourselves, build our homes, plan our growth,
and most importantly, how we relate with each other. It is during this short,
full week that the excitement and awe of what we are beginning is conveyed.
It is your opportunity to know with greater certainty if this is where you
really wish to come. For us, it is an opportunity to meet “face to face” with
you, and measure our mutual compatibility. |

STAFF CORRESPONDENT _______________ Because you cannot be with us physically just yet,
your questions and insights cannot be shared with us over lunch, at a
community meeting, or during a midnight chat. Therefore, as a Nonresident
Associate, you are assigned a Staff Correspondent, who will answer any
questions you might have on the philosophy or the community. Or you may
merely wish to converse or exchange ideas, or add a pertinent suggestion to
one of our projects. These are all welcome. While I know that I
will not be able to enjoy all the benefits and rewards of full membership in
The Stelle Group, because of the physical and personal problems of advanced
age and my inability to move to Stelle, I hope and expect that my
contributions will be significant in some way . . . Another advantage of my
participation in the Nonresident Associate Program is the communication and
personal contact, even if by letter, with members of The Stelle Group on a
one-to-one basis.
ANNUAL RECEPTION AND SEMINAR ______ Each year, a three-day Annual Reception and
Seminar for all Nonresident Associates will be held in Stelle. The reception
and seminar consist of varied activities and special presentations designed
to provide first-hand experience and exposure to the philosophy and its
application on a community-wide basis.
CRITERIA
_____________________________ The following criteria and guidelines are used
to assess one’s eligibility to obtain and maintain Nonresident Associateship: ·
Reading of The
Ultimate Frontier in its entirety. ·
Sympathy with and commitment to study and to practice the Brotherhoods’
philosophy. ·
Balance of mental, physical, and emotional attributes: o
Practical-minded. o
Financially solvent. o
Intelligent. o
Healthy. o
Emotionally psychologically mature. o
Humanitarian. · Willingness to
contribute skills and talents to Stelle. · Support of The Stelle
Group by practicing God’s Law of Tithes. |
In addition to supporting The Stelle Group
through tithes, participants of the Nonresident Associate Program pay a
nominal fee to cover the actual costs of the services they receive, such as
the costs of printing and mailing written materials. The service fee is based
upon the level of services actually provided to each participant. Application forms for the Nonresident
Associate Program may be obtained by request from The Stelle Group. Upon
receipt of your completed application, along with a handwritten
autobiographical sketch, an essay stating your reasons for wanting to become
a Nonresident Associate of The Stelle Group, and a nonrefundable $25
processing fee, the Office of Membership will determine your acceptability
for the program and inform you in writing. The response to the Nonresident Associate
Program has clearly demonstrated its value to persons who are seriously
interested in studying and practicing the Brotherhoods’ philosophy including
those who are unable to relocate physically in Stelle at the present time.
The comments by participants are representative of the overall positive
response. Several individuals who have already been accepted as Nonresident
Associates are presently attending a college or trade school, pursuing a
degree or trade they wish to obtain before coming to Stelle. Others responded
enthusiastically to the program because it assists their Egoic advancement
while they fulfill existing commitments in other areas, such as their
employment or a relationship with another person who doesn’t yet share their
interest in the philosophy. The Nonresident Associate Program provides
comprehensive information about the Brotherhoods’ philosophy and expanded opportunities
for direct participation in the fulfillment of Their Great Plan. The program
is intended to assist any sincere individual who is interested in
accelerating his own Egoic advancement by studying the educational and
philosophical materials provided and by practicing the philosophy. It is our
sincere hope that the program will meet the needs of the many thousands of
individuals who are interested in the Brotherhoods’ philosophy and the Great
Plan but who are unable to participate as a Resident Associate of The Stelle
Group at the present time. If you are one of these individuals, you are
cordially invited to apply for acceptance in the Nonresident Associate
Program. Once a man finally understands that his every effort
toward the acquisition of knowledge furthers his eventual freedom from the
cycle of rebirth, then his life takes on an invigorating purpose and a
