How Can
You Keep Non-Members Out of Stelle? Question:
Under present laws, how can you keep people who are not Stelle members from
moving into The City of Stelle? Richard:
All of the land is private property. None of the streets will ever be
publicly dedicated. People, regardless of race, origin of birth, financial
status, or creed, have the opportunity to become Stelle members. The only way
they can live there is to be accepted as a member. The problem that arises in
this is whether the person is ready to become a Stelle Member. |
