Decides If an Applicant Can Be a Stelle Member? Question:
Who decides if an applicant is philosophically ready to become a Stelle
member? Richard: The task is undertaken
by the Admissions Committee of which I am a member. This is probably the most
uncomfortable part of my job. We cannot encourage people to move in the
direction of readiness unless they know what it is that we are seeking, and
we spend a great deal of effort to assist people in moving in that desired
direction. |
