Does Everyone Have Spiritual Guides? Question: You had “spiritual guides” who came to
instruct you, as claimed in THE ULTIMATE FRONTIER. Do ordinary people have
such guides, or are they only for the chosen few? Answer: Everyone has spiritual guides. Rarely
do they manifest openly as my Teachers did to me, for it is not the Brothers’
way to frighten and awe people. For the most part, the Brothers work in
people’s lives by opening channels and presenting possibilities in such a way
that we remain unaware that anything out of the ordinary is happening.
However, in looking hack on our lives we can see how certain books and
articles became available to us at just the right time—or how we attended one
school rather than another and met a teacher whose ideas contributed greatly
to our balanced understanding of things. Whenever we become lost and begin
looking for a signpost, the Brothers unobtrusively present one to us. (04-1971) |
