Consciousness

Consciousness is the ability to distinguish one’s inward state, which provides an awareness of one’s existence as a distinct entity, separate from external things, and beings. Consciousness provides a perception of one’s own growth and future projections. The ability to concentrate one’s exclusive attention on specific and ordered thought processes is a function of consciousness. Being attentive, observant and aware is a part of one’s conscious ordering of knowledge. An Ego’s perceptiveness of another’s meaning and intent is another aspect of consciousness. Clairsentience, clairaudience and clairvoyance are nonphysical manifestations of consciousness. When we are incarnate, our consciousness is not the same as our brain awareness, but for all practical purposes, our consciousness must function through our brain awareness except during expanded moments of true clairvoyance.
