The Capitol Building at Hamukulia

Q:     Did he design that building that was a square mile in area?

RK:    Yes, the one that was shaped like a cross, the administration building? Yes. It was mile by three-quarter mile, I think, and eventually ended up being seven stories high. Now, talk about the Pentagon being a big building. It took them a couple of thousand years to build that thing; it was so huge. But as more and more services were required, they just increased the building. The object of government was to provide all the services necessary for the entire populous as cheaply and as efficiently as possible. There was no other incentive for government. There were no politicians. There were philosophers but no politicians.
