Immaculate Conception Another
subject covered was the origin of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception.
Richard explained that Buddha and Lao Tzu, as well as Jesus, were said to have
been born of Virgins, and he believes that They were, though the term,
Virgin, under these circumstances has a unique definition. When two Adepts
who are incarnate marry, the marriage is known as a Virgin Marriage; and any
child born of this union is known as a Virgin Birth. It is not difficult to
see that the general populace would not have known of this concept; and after
a while the best attempts to explain the circumstances surrounding Jesus’s
birth resulted in the legendary explanation of the Immaculate Conception. (04-1969) |
