Can Hypnosis Reveal Past Lives? Question: Can
people be hypnotized to remember past lifetimes? Answer: A
few interesting factors involved in hypnosis make the possibility of recalling
past lifetimes during hypnotic trance seem very unlikely. A hypnotist need
not give a verbal command in order to make his subject do the hypnotist’s
will. The subject may be controlled completely by the operator (hypnotist)
and will even obey unspoken mental commands issued to him while he is under
an hypnotic trance. An individual may also respond to messages from the
subconscious mind of the hypnotist, which may be unknown even to the
operator. Decarnate Egos on the astral plane can also easily influence the
hypnotized subject. The person who undergoes hypnotic trance gives up his
personal will and is open to incursions from earthbound spirit entities.
These spirit controls may feed information into the subject from various
sources — even the Akashic Record. Information can be fed through the
hypnotized subject from so many different areas that it becomes difficult to
believe that there are bona fide
cases of regression into past lifetimes under hypnosis. (03-1971) |
