Who Owns the Federal Reserve Bank?

 

The stock is held by six large banks, most of whom are in New York, and those banks in turn are owned by about seven very large banks in Europe. So when there was to be a profit to the Federal Reserve—the Federal Reserve rakes in a huge profit—whatever interest is paid on the money that has been loaned by the Federal Reserve, to the United States government, it is their profit.
