Richard replied that the greatest incidence of survival would be in central Africa and Australia. Before the turn of the century, persons who have reached the First Degree of Brotherhood will be directed to the new city of Philadelphia from where they will be air lifted during the violent shifting of the land masses. Richard commented that Stelle would be supported by the city of Philadelphia for about forty years after the cataclysms, which is a way for the City of Brotherly Love to return the help which the city of Stelle will provide to establish Philadelphia before the century’s end.
