Stelle During the “End Times”

During the November question and answer period, several questions were asked regarding the effects the future cataclysms will have on the city of Stelle. Richard explained that while the city will not escape the cataclysms completely undamaged, the location and planning of the city are designed to minimize the effects of the earthquakes, tsunami waves and wind and dust storms that will occur. The silty soil on which Stelle will be built is of a gelatinous consistency. During earthquakes, this type of soil softens impact; so although the quakes will be felt in Stelle as roiling tremblers, destruction from them will be minimal. Stelle’s location on the Canadian shield will keep it from submergence and also provide protection against the tidal waves since the city will be too far inland from the new shore line for major waves to reach. Since there will be no geographic protection from the wind, dust and hall storms, Stelle will have underground warehouses built to house those necessities that are not to be airlifted at the time of the upheavals, Parts of Stelle may be somewhat damaged by the cataclysms, but Important construction in the city, such as roads, building foundations and pipelines, will remain intact, making the job of rebuilding less burdensome,

… And Afterwards

Reconstruction will be the primary concern during the first twenty years of the next century. After that time, it will be the duty of the Kingdom of God to begin to provide knowledge of the Cosmic and Universal Laws to the remaining ten percent of the world’s population that will have survived the cataclysms and ensuing years of hardship. A center for education and information will be operated within Philadelphia with the purpose of preventing the growth of hostilities in the rest of the world. People from outside countries will be brought to the center, trained in the philosophy of the Brotherhoods, and then returned to their countries to pass this information on to their own people. It will take a period of at least three generations before the effects of this education win be felt throughout the world. (11-1968)

How Will Stelle Recover from the Cataclysms?

Question:     Are you working on a way to physically transport Stelle during the time of the great disasters?

Answer:       We are not concerned with the city itself, only with the people who live in the city. We have already begun to work on the means by which this airlift is to be accomplished.

Following the upheaval, we must be able to quickly rebuild the city from stockpiles of material available underground, probably at both Stelle and Philadelphia. The level of earthquakes will be so great that they will knock everything down, no matter what it is. That is why we do not want to be attached to the surface of the earth during that time. When everything is quiet again, we will rebuild the two cities. Homes, in the near future, will be built from unitized panel systems, which are very light in weight and not easily shaken down since it is inertia that destroys buildings during earthquakes. These structures will be capable of being moved by air from one place to another. Philadelphia will be located several thousand miles from Stelle; so we will be transporting several things from one site to the other via air including unitized panel buildings.
