Economics –
Cyclical nature There is no excuse for the
cyclical nature of economics. There is a foundation in these cycles due to
positions of planets and things of that sort. Those who study cycles have
found direct relationships. And, that has nothing to
do with astrology. I think that it is necessary that when one understands all
of the rules that are involved that one have a conviction that he is going to
stick by those rules. If everybody does that on a
nationwide basis, not over-expanding the economic system—for instance, Neptune
has been in Sagittarius—it is still going to be in Sagittarius for another
year and has been fifteen years or so—that usually is a period of unwise
expansion because Neptune has to do with illusions, fantasy, unsound ideas,
and Sagittarius has to do with expansiveness. There are very unsound
economies all over the world. But, that is an excuse
or maybe it is a reason why it is underway, but if everybody understood the
rules, they would not allow themselves to fall prey to that influence. They would
