Christ in Lemuria and Atlantis

Q:     This is a little bit off the subject, but you were talking about Christ a moment ago. I wanted to ask, out of curiosity, if you could hit the high points of Christ’s sojourn on earth. Not as—

RK:  I have a book here. You need eight dollars and ninety-five cents.

Q:     I know. But not as His “three year deal,” but some of the things that He did in Atlantis. We do not always talk about that as much as we would want to.

RK:  That is true. There are not too many sources of that information. Well, He was really the one who set up the situation to get civilization started on the planet along back seventy-eight thousand years ago. He actually started it a little earlier than that because He actually got some Angels from our planet to help the human lifewave by actually working amongst some of those who were making a natural breakthrough into higher perceptions—clairvoyance—just by nature, long before there were Brotherhood Degrees established here, whether somebody was a Saint or a Brotherhood or whatever. And then, when all the ground work was been laid for a self-governing civilization—that was in place for about one-thousand years already,—They moved the people of the earth, who were living on the great continent of Mu, they were invited to move to a formally inaccessible area of the continent. The people were educated and screened before they could move onto that previously uninhabited area. That was done by the Elders. After one-thousand years, Melchizedek came and then set up complete governmental structures, established a philosophy, just by personal dint of His personality and example. Nobody else in the world looked like He did when He came out: there were no blonde people at that particular time. He had hair that was golden in color, almost like butter, therefore, He was very distinguishable wherever He went. He also created a body out of the æthers. He created a body that was very handsome, very strong, very well-proportioned which he used for some one-thousand years. He was not born and He did not grow old either. The examples of the things that He did—the way that He lived His life—was so compelling, so far as the citizenry of that governmental structure was concerned, they wanted to emulate Him in every way possible.

He provided an example of the beauty of humankind, and it was clearly a God walking the earth. His kindness and lovingness, fairness, doing whatever was necessary to protect the people in the growing society so that mankind could catch up to what was going on in other parts of the universe, that people just spontaneously loved Him. They wanted to be like Him. If this was what being human can be like, then I want to be like that. People changed their lives. People were pretty primitive back in those days. They were not that far from having lived in caves or lived in huts in the fields, made war with one another over whatever the resources there were to be picked out of the forest or captured in the way of food. The whole governmental structure grew up which was self-maintaining for tens of millennia.
