What Organizations Do the Brotherhoods Support? There are a large number of groups in the world who in one way or another, like The Stelle Group, are trying to find or live a better philosophy. Richard was asked about the possibility of these groups ever forming an alliance and to what extent the Brotherhoods might he backing any of the other groups. He answered that the Brotherhoods are not backing these groups, but neither are They against them. There are about a thousand groups in the world who do not necessarily have the stamp of approval of the Brotherhoods but nevertheless are providing for the needs of the persons who are members. Since the value of the different groups lies in their providing the way for people to explore many different areas, Richard said he thought that an amalgamation would be unprofitable. The Stelle Group and its philosophy, for instance, is not for everybody. Also, many people join two or three different organizations during their lifetime because they grow beyond needing what one organization offers and go to another which better meets their needs for a time. It might be said that people move up a philosophical ladder. (10-1969)
